Each year, the Kiwanis Club of Rockcastle County offers a $1,000 Community Service scholarship to a Rockcastle County High School senior who is a member of Key Club and has been accepted to an institution of higher education/technical school. Criterion for selection: Grade point average, participation in school and community service activities and completion of this application. Late or incomplete applications will not be considered.
