Hats off to Rockcastle County Middle School Builders Club members Mya Hunt and Celia Shaffer who were morning greeters on August 27, 2018. The girls gave high fives, “Good Mornings”, and lots of compliments to get the day started right!

Splish Splash Event
July 28, 2018 – Club members had a wonderful time at the Splish Splash event at Lake Linville Park! The City of Mt Vernon in conjunction with Kiwanis Club of Rockcastle County and Rockcastle County Schools sponsored the event, providing a sack meal, free sunscreen and other novelty items.

2018 Scholarships Awarded
Thursday, May 24, 2018 – The Kiwanis Club of Rockcastle County, Rockcastle County Chamber of Commerce and Cruise in the Valley Car Show Committee awarded scholarships to six deserving RCHS Seniors for their dedication and service to our community. Congratulations to these students on their accomplishments and best of luck in your future endeavors!
