Kiwanis Club of Rockcastle County is proud to once again be a sponsor of the RCMS Veteran’s Day Celebration.  Rockcastle County Middle School Builder’s Club members accepted the $100 donation to help with expenses for the program which honors all Rockcastle County veterans.
