The 1st Annual Kiwanis Rubber Ducky Race was a great success! We sold all 300 ducks and all proceeds will go toward projects for children/youth in Rockcastle County. 1st Place Winner ($100) – Jamie Nicely 2nd Place Winner ($50) – Shari Proctor 3rd Place Winner ($25) – Mike Wolken Special thanks to Mt.
